Mill Basin is a private residential area in South Brooklyn known for its luxurious homes. It offers a unique opportunity to build seven luxury waterfront homes in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of NYC - Mill Basin, Brooklyn.

The branding for this project was created to provide a tranquil and relaxing experience to the homeowners. The logo and color scheme were designed to express this feeling, with the idea that waking up to a serene view of the water would be the first thing homeowners would see when they wake up in their homes.
